GLOBALENE® PP ST868M is a high-crystallinity, high-rigidity homopolymer polypropylene. It features a high melt flow rate (approx. 45 g/10min) for excellent processability, along with good stiffness and heat resistance. Its primary application is in thin-wall injection molding, making it ideal for producing food containers, housewares, and disposable items requiring fast cycle times. For processing, pre-drying is recommended. Optimal results are achieved by using high injection speeds and pressures to fill thin-walled molds efficiently, while controlling mold temperature is crucial to minimize warpage and achieve a superior surface finish.
