万把办公椅子被召回，亚马逊大卖损失有点多 家居卖家还得把关好产品 （一） 召回事件频发，涉及的产品类目也众多，这其中办公椅等家居用品又是高发地带。随着海外市场监管愈发严格，相关卖家也是频频栽跟头。 最近，一款热卖办公椅被美国消费者产品安全委员会（CPSC）紧急召回。根据召回公告，约有64000把WorkPro Momentum办公椅被召回，有黑色和灰色两种颜色，型号分别为5817865、2864384，召回原因是连接椅背和底座的螺栓可能出现故障，对使用者造成跌倒危险。 该办公椅产品为中国制造，进口商为Veyer。不幸的是，目前Veyer已经收到7起消费者从椅子上摔下来的报告，导致两人受轻伤。CPSC敦促消费者应立即停止使用被召回的椅子，并联系Veyer获得免费维修套件，包括运输和安装说明等。 这款被召回的办公椅其实是亚马逊上的一个热销品，打开亚马逊网站，目前该产品显示缺货状态。另外，其在沃尔玛、eBay等电商平台上也有销售，差不多算是Office Depot和OfficeMax商店的一个电商特供款，售价约为430美元。 （二） 不得不说的是，像办公椅、折叠床、吊椅等家居用品一直都是被CPSC召回的“常客”，被召回的原因大多数都是椅子容易使人跌倒、床安全栏杆容易夹伤等。 而这类家居用品或多或少都会出现关于质量安全的质疑，比如在亚马逊销售的一些折叠床、吊椅等产品的评论区下方，经常出现“稳定性不够，稍微幅度大点就容易滑动”“固定不结实，很容易脱落”“没有防护措施，容易磕伤”等评论。 单说办公椅这一产品，造成的安全事故就已经多起了。比如2022年10月，亚马逊旗下品牌Amazon Basics一款热卖的办公室行政办公椅被CPSC紧急召回，原因是这款椅子腿部的底座可能会发生断裂，从而造成用户滑倒和受伤。 当时亚马逊平台共收到13起椅腿底座断裂的报告，有一人发生了轻微肩部受伤。据估算，亚马逊要退款上百万美元，以及退货过程中还可能要额外支付物流费及相关处理费用。 再比如说，在2023年3月，CPSC紧急召回一款带有圆形缓冲座椅的办公椅，因为其存在摔倒危险。当时CPSC共收到12份报告，称消费者坐在这些办公椅上时，出现椅背断裂或脱离座椅底座。 本文章借鉴于跨境必读原文章中
