岗位职责：
1、发布招聘信息并收集简历，进行初步筛选，为公司和用人部门提供合格的候选人；
2、录用通知、办理入职手续、签订劳动合同；
3、新员工入职花名册信息的完善和档案的管理；
4、负责员工试用期的跟踪考核；
5、各类劳动用工手续办理、员工意见收集等日常工作开展；
6、各岗位任职条件、岗位说明书更新收集；
7、负责招聘工作及人员结构数据分析；
8、员工满意度调查；
9、领导交办的其它事项；
任职要求：
1、汉语或人力资源相关专业，本科及以上；汉语可作为工作语言。
2、两年以上企业人事工作经验；
3、熟悉国家及当地人事行政相关的法律法规；
