A Mathematical and Physical Analysis On the Origin of Objects (or Matters) in Space (1)

Abstract

This paper systematically explores the origin of objects in space based on the fundamental postulate of Topological Vortex Theory (TVT) — that space is a physical entity with the properties of an inviscid, incompressible, and isotropic ideal superfluid. We first critique various pseudoscientific theories that mystify the origin of matter, highlighting their lack of falsifiability and mathematical foundation. Subsequently, within the physical picture of TVT, we demonstrate that space itself, possessing ideal superfluid characteristics, can naturally give rise to the observed variety of spatiotemporal material structures through mechanisms of topological phase transitions and vortex excitations. This study shows that the origin of matter is not a supernatural "creation" but a natural manifestation of the fundamental physical properties of space under certain conditions.

1. Introduction: The Question and the Basic Picture of TVT

1.1 The Historical Enigma of Material Origin

The question "Where do things come from?" has been a central concern of philosophy and science since ancient times. While modern cosmology's Big Bang theory provides a classical framework, the physical breakdown at the "singularity" and the question of "where the initial matter came from" still leave room for various mystical interpretations. These often attribute the origin of matter to supernatural will, non-material spirit, or untestable higher-dimensional entities, essentially filling gaps in scientific explanation.

1.2 The TVT Conception of Physical Space

Topological Vortex Theory (TVT) proposes a new ontology of space:

1)Space is a physical entity, not an abstract background or container;

2) This entity has the fundamental characteristics of an ideal superfluid: zero viscosity, incompressibility, isotropy;

3) In such a medium, topological defects (e.g., vortices, rotons, knots) can exist stably and manifest as the material particles and fields we observe;

4) The "existence" of an object is the maintenance of a specific topologically constrained state of the spatial superfluid within a particular spacetime region. This picture fundamentally abolishes the absolute dichotomy between "matter" and "space," treating matter as an excitation mode of space itself.
